Our Services

Vrozeloneph provides garden furniture repair and maintenance services including but not limited to wood restoration, metal refinishing, wicker repair, cushion replacement, and protective coating applications.

Service Estimates

All estimates provided are based on visual inspection and may be subject to change upon detailed assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins, and you will have the opportunity to approve or decline the service.

Pickup and Delivery

We offer pickup and delivery services within the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. You are responsible for ensuring furniture is accessible for pickup. We will handle your furniture with care, but cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage not documented at pickup.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. A deposit may be required for large projects or custom work.

Warranty

All repair work is covered by a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship. Powder coating finishes carry a two-year warranty against peeling and chipping under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or extreme weather events.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages or loss of use. Some furniture may be unsuitable for repair, and we will advise you if this is the case before proceeding.
