Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At Vrozeloneph, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our garden furniture repair and maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will make it right.

Quality Assurance

Before returning your furniture, we perform a thorough quality inspection to ensure all work meets our high standards. You will have the opportunity to inspect your furniture upon delivery and report any concerns immediately.

Rework Policy

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our repair or maintenance work, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your furniture. We will:

  • Schedule a pickup of the furniture at no additional cost
  • Address all concerns with the original work
  • Return the furniture with the corrections made

Warranty Claims

All repair work is covered by our standard warranty. If you experience issues covered under warranty, please contact us and we will arrange for pickup and repair at no charge. Our warranty covers:

  • Workmanship defects for 1 year from service date
  • Powder coating finish for 2 years against peeling and chipping
  • Structural repairs for 1 year under normal use

What Is Not Covered

Our return and warranty policies do not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect after service
  • Damage from extreme weather events or natural disasters
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Changes in personal preference after work is completed
  • Pre-existing conditions that were documented before service

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service order at any time before work begins for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once work has commenced, cancellation will result in a charge for work already completed and materials used.

Refund Process

If a refund is warranted, we will process it within 7-10 business days using the original payment method. For credit card payments, please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
